You can make a difference by educating yourself about the current issues facing the healthcare industry.

Visit the Washington State Medical Association (WSMA) and Washington State Hospital Assocation websites to review news on current health care issues. The WSMA website also provides a report from the Medical-Education and Research Foundation on "Washington's Ailing Health Care System."

You may also want to review legislative information provided by the Library of Congress on the Thomas website.

Write a Letter

You can help by writing your state and federal legislators and letting them know you are concerned and want change.
