Jude Bulman is the Senior Administrator of Clinical Operations for The Everett Clinic, which serves more than 295,000 patients in Snohomish County. She has been with the Clinic since 1999.
Ms. Bulman oversees operations of all clinical care departments and is responsible for improving patient service, ensuring quality care, implementing efficient and effective clinical management and maintaining safe levels of care for all patients.
Ms. Bulman has a master's degree in Education specializing in Organizational Development from Temple University in Philadelphia. Her post graduate studies focused on Health Education and Health Behavior. Ms. Bulman’s prior experience includes nursing, community health education and business development. Prior to joining The Everett Clinic, she worked for Group Health Cooperative.
She is a member of the American Medical Group Association, the American Society for Training and Development, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Ms. Bulman is also active in our community, serving on the Board of Snohomish County Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the Advisory Boards for both the Providence Health Care Clinic and Project Access, which aim to make healthcare accessible to all.
