I-5 North:Take exit #192 "Broadway / 41st Street" and stay in the left lane. At the light, turn left onto westbound 41st Street. Go right at the first stop light onto Colby. Take the next left onto 40th. The 4005 Hoyt Building is on your left at the end of the block. I-5 South:Take the "41st Street" exit just past the #192 Broadway Avenue exit. At off ramp, turn right onto 41st Street. Go right at the first stop light onto Colby. Take the next left onto 40th. The 4005 Hoyt Building is on your left at the end of the block.
The 4005 Hoyt building currently houses many of the Clinic’s administrative offices. Previously the Cancer Center was located in this building but has since moved to the Regional Cancer Partnership, 1717 13th Street, Everett.
