I-5 North:
Take exit #192 "Broadway/41st Street" and stay in the left lane. Turn left onto 41st Street. Turn right onto Colby Avenue. Turn left onto 40th Street. The 4005 Hoyt Building is on the left at the end of the block. Parking is available in front of the building.

I-5 South:
Take exit #192 "41st Street/Evergreen Way". Turn right onto 41st Street. Turn right onto Colby Avenue. Turn left onto 40th Street. The 4005 Hoyt Building is on the left at the end of the block. Parking is available in front of the building.

The 4005 Hoyt building currently houses many of the Clinic’s administrative offices. Previously the Cancer Center was located in this building but has since moved to the Regional Cancer Partnership, 1717 13th Street, Everett.
