Take exit #192 "Broadway/41st Street" and stay in the left lane. Turn left onto 41st Street. Turn right into the parking lot just past McDonalds. The Hearing Aid Center will be on the left facing 41st Street. Occupational Medicine is at the north end of the building, with patient parking adjacent to entrance.

I-5 South:
Take exit #192 "41st Street/Evergreen Way". Turn right onto 41st Street. Go straight past the stop light at Colby Avenue. Turn right into the parking lot just past McDonalds. The Hearing Aid Center will be on the left facing 41st Street. Occupational Medicine is at the north end of the building, with patient parking adjacent to entrance.

The Hearing Aid Center moved to the 4027 Bldg. in 2004. Occupational Medicine moved to this location in 2006. Our Human Resources dept. is also located here.
