Urgent Care Flu Shot Clinics 10/24 - Children 6 months - 4 years, Pregnant Women

Snohomish Health District is partnering with local health care organizations to vaccinate the population with the highest risk of complications due to H1N1 infection; pregnant women and children age 6 months - 4 years of age. A total of 17/400 doses of vaccine have been reserved for the October 24th clinics.

This is only for pregnant women and children age 6 months - 4 years of age ~ No exceptions!
No appointment is needed. Walk up only.

Please complete the HIN1 consent form on line} print the completed consent form and the Vaccine Information Statement form at home before coming to the clinic.

In order to vaccinate the maximum number of children} H1N1 injectable vaccine will be reserved for pregnant women} infants 6 to 35 months of age} and infants with chronic medical conditions. These patients are not able to receive H1N1 FluMist.

Healthy children without chronic medical conditions between the age 2 to 4 years of age will be vaccinated with H1N1 FluMist.
