We Help You Achieve Sound Sleep
Wednesday, June 06, 2012
Do you have short term memory problems? Chronic headaches? High blood pressure? How about heart disease or diabetes? All of these conditions and more can be the result of not getting adequate sleep. The National Sleep Foundation recommends that adults get seven to eight hours of sleep a night; and teenagers even more at 8.5 to 9.5 hours. If you are not getting the recommended amount of sleep, it could be due to a sleep disorder. The Everett Clinic has six board-certified sleep disorder specialists who treat a full range of both adult and pediatric sleep disorders (for patients three years of age and older). We work with thousands of patients each year, offering all aspects of sleep diagnostics and treatment. Some of the services we provide include evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of:

  • Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome
  • Insomnia (inability to sleep)
  • Restless legs syndrome
  • Narcolepsy
  • Idiopathic hypersomnia (sleeping too much)
Our physicians practice in partnership with Western Washington Medical Group at the North Puget Sound Center for Sleep Disorders, a regional center of excellence for the evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders.

The North Puget Sound Center for Sleep Disorders is a state-of-the-art facility located on the Everett waterfront in a beautifully remodeled hotel. Each private room has water and mountain views, a private bathroom and satellite television. Parking is plentiful and free. To take a virtual tour of the sleep center, visit ilikesleep.com.
