The Everett Clinic Announces Appointment of Chief Legal Officer

EVERETT, WA: The Everett Clinic, the largest independent group practice in the Pacific Northwest, is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Christopher Knapp as its Chief Legal Officer.

Chris comes to the Clinic from the Anderson Hunter law firm in Everett where he was the managing partner and a shareholder. He will act as general counsel for the Clinic providing proactive legal support on a wide range of corporate and regulatory issues.

While the CLO is a new position for The Everett Clinic, Chris has worked closely with the Clinic as a legal advisor for over fifteen years on issues related to regulatory compliance, contractual negotiations and claims management. The Clinic has valued its trusted relationship with Anderson Hunter and looks forward to continued utilization of the firm for specialized legal services.

Chris received his bachelor degree from the University of Washington and his law degree from the University Of Minnesota School Of Law. He is active in several professional associations at the local, state and national level. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Washington Society of Healthcare Attorneys and serves on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of Economic Alliance Snohomish County. Chris and his wife, Holly, reside in Everett with their two sons.
