How to Schedule An Appointment

General Health Care
To schedule an appointment with your primary care provider, please call the physician's office directly. View phone numbers for each location.

Need to See a Specialist?
Many health plans require referrals to specialty physicians (or other health care providers) for services that primary care providers are not able to provide. To request a referral, you generally need to visit your primary care provider first. For more information, please read the "Request a Referral" information found in this section.

Special Accommodations
The Everett Clinic offers interpretive services upon request at no additional charge to our patients. Let the receptionist know if you will be needing interpretive services when you book your appointment.

For telephone communication, Washington Relay is a free service provided by the Washington State Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) ensuring equal communication access to the telephone service for people who are deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing and speech disabled.  To use this service, please dial 711 to connect with a relay operator. The relay operator will dial the requested number and relay the conversation between the two callers.

If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule Appointments
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand situations do happen, but if we do not receive 24 hours notice, we may be forced to charge you for the time scheduled. For repeated cancellations without 24 hour notification, we reserve the right to discontinue service. Thank you for your understanding.
