The Everett Clinic is pleased to offer our patients the ability to pay their bills online by using a secure payment portal. There is no fee for making an online payment and the payment is processed within two (2) business days and normally posts to your account within 36-48 hours.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also pay by check. Each remittance of payment by check is considered authorization to convert that particular check into an electronic funds transfer.
Online Bill Payment Refund Policy
All payment transactions processed on The Everett Clinic online bill payment site are eligible for cancellation or refund. To request a payment cancellation or refund, please contact The Everett Clinic Customer Service Department at 425-258-3900 or toll free 800-213-4494.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the refund check to be issued for a check transaction processed through The Everett Clinic online bill payment system.
