I give honest feedback, and hope to receive the same from you. My belief is that the mind is connected to the body—coping better with stress can jumpstart your physical health. I enjoy coaching people on how to overcome difficult situations and cope with stress, as well as find meaning in life. Together, we'll work to build on your strengths and find which tools help you. I believe that the harder you work, the fast you will see change.
