The Everett Clinic Anticoagulation Clinic (ACC) has been developed to monitor your anticoagulant medications (i.e. warfarin, Coumadin). You can be assured that you are getting the best care from our knowledgeable staff. We provide:

Patient and Family Education

You and your family will receive direct instruction and educational materials to understand the correct dosing of anticoagulant drugs or anticlotting agents.

Anticoagulant Dose Management

Our nurses and pharmacists work with you to adjust dosages, schedule and track INRs (International Normalized Ratios), monitor bleeding or clotting events and manage therapy prior to invasive procedures.

Protime/INR Test Results

For most patients, we perform fingerstick protime/INR tests, so that results are available immediately, and we may assist you in taking your anticoagulant medication correctly. It provides opportunities for you to ask questions and report symptoms.
