The Everett Clinic Foundation was established in 1994 by Clinic staff and physicians. Supported by staff and physician donations, its goal is to provide ongoing philanthropic support to charitable organizations in Snohomish County. The Foundation is administered by a Board of Directors that is responsible for the allocation of funds.
In 2012, the Foundation gave more than $313,000 to organizations that help the Snohomish County residents, including Volunteers of America, Veterans of America, United Way and Domestic Violence Services. Since its inception, The Everett Clinic Foundation has donated more than $4 million to charitable groups.
Each year the Foundation’s Operation Outreach program offers Clinic staff and physicians an opportunity to "adopt" a nonprofit organization and give back to the community.
In 2013, The Clinic is proudly supporting Everett Gospel Mission (EGM) as its Operation Outreach partner. Everett Gospel Mission is the largest homeless and rehabilitation center in Snohomish, Skagit and Island Counties. They provide comprehensive life recovery programs, meals and shelter for 174 men and 75 women and children, regardless of age, gender, race and religion.
