The Everett Clinic was named in FORTUNE® Magazine’s "100 Best Companies to Work For" list in 2013, for the third year in a row.
The Clinic is extremely excited to have earned a spot on this prestigious list. The 2013 list includes some of the country’s best-known and most successful companies such as Google, Microsoft and Dreamworks.
The Everett Clinic ranked No. 58 on the list, up 29 slots from last year’s ranking of 87. The Clinic’s referral bonus program which pays employees up to $10,000 for referring applicants who are hired at the Clinic was among the top reasons for selection, according to FORTUNE®.
The Clinic is one of 10 healthcare organizations nationally to make the list and one of only two medical organizations on the West Coast. It was the only company in Snohomish County to be honored.
