Why do you want to start eating healthier?
Your
reason for wanting this is really important. Don't do it because someone else
wants you to. What makes you want to start eating healthier food? - You have a specific health concern (your
heart, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, diabetes, depression, your
bones and muscles, or something else).
- You want to feel better and
have more energy.
- You want to lose weight.
- You have
another reason for wanting to do this.
Write down your reasons for wanting to make this change.
Put the list where you can see it easily. It will be a daily reminder of why
you want to make a change. It’s not easy to make changes. But
taking the time now to really think about what will motivate or inspire you
