From scar revisions (changes) to browlifts or necklifts, our team helps you figure out what choices best fit your needs.

Most people think of cosmetic or aesthetic surgery when they think of plastic surgery, or surgery done to improve how you look. But that's not the case. Most plastic surgeries aren't just cosmetic, but reconstructive. These types of surgeries are also done to improve how your body works in everyday life.

    • Blepharoplasty (eye lift) opens the eye by reducing sagging tissue on the top or the bottom of your eyelid. It's one of the most common facial plastic surgeries for women ages 35 to 60 and it's also common among men. It can help create a more youthful appearance.

As we age, the skin around our eyes can become loose and sag. Upper lid blepharoplasty removes extra skin around the eye. Sometimes a brow lift can help as well if the brow is sagging.

Bulges or fat pockets on the lower eye lids can happen with aging or from family traits. Lower lid blepharoplasty means removing and moving these fatty skin tissues around the eye to give a smoother, younger appearance.

      OR
    • As we age, sometimes eyebrows can sag. This surgery opens up the area around the eye by correcting sagging eyebrows.

      OR
    • Chin implants can help balance a face with a large nose or help improve the angle from the chin to neck. This surgery balances the face with a subtle chin implant. Incisions can be hidden inside the mouth or just below the chin.

      OR
    • This surgery can repair earlobes that may protrude (stick out) or are stretched as well as earlobes that have been damaged by trauma.

      OR
    • A facelift lifts skin or soft tissue to address aging changes, such as jowls and sunken cheeks, to rejuvenate the skin or create a more youthful appearance. We also do mini facelifts and deep plane facelifts.

Facelifts are tailored to each patient and usually use a combination of hidden incisions (cuts) within the hairline, behind the ear, along the front of the ear, inside the mouth and under the chin.

      OR
    • This surgery can help change the appearance of your lips if you want a more fuller lip. A lip lift includes removing a small strip above the nose to give a more full and more youthful appearance to the mouth.

      OR
    • A mini facelift lifts skin or soft tissue to address aging changes, such as jowls and sunken cheeks, to create a more youthful appearance. We suggest this choice if you're looking for less downtime compared to the recovery time after a traditional facelift.

Mini facelifts are tailored to each patient and usually use a combination of hidden incisions within the hairline, behind the ear, along the front of the ear, inside the mouth and under the chin.

      OR
    • Mole removal anywhere on the neck or face requires attention to make changes with little or no scars. This surgery can remove unwanted lesions with little scarring.

      OR
    • Necklifts help with wrinkles on the neck as well as double chins to create a more youthful appearance. We also do necklifts with liposuction to help with results.

Necklift incisions are hidden under the chin.

      OR
    • Rhinoplasty is a surgery of the outside and inside of the nose (septum and turbinates). Rhinoplasty helps to correct and reconstruct your nose. Modern techniques can help balance the face by changing:

      • A bulbous tip
      • Dorsal hump
      • Weak dorsum
      • Crooked nose
      • Wide nostrils
      • A nose tip turned too far up or down
      OR
    • Septoplasty uses an incision hidden inside the nose to straighten a crooked septum (the tissue between the nostrils that separates them).

A crooked septum can block a nostril and impair breathing. It can also lead to bloody noses and sleep apnea. The surgery helps improve your breathing with no outside incisions (cuts).

      OR
    • Care choices for men require special attention to masculine features. As we age, the fat and other soft tissue in our face can fall and create wrinkles as well as a loosening of skin on the neck and jawline.

Specialized face and necklifts for men often focus on the lower face and neckline with attention to the beard area as well.

      OR
    • Skin cancer reconstruction aims to bring back the original form and role of skin after removal of cancer. Scar revision (change) may be needed after the treatment to help with the appearance and location of any scars.

      Reconstruction can take many forms:

      • Healing by secondary intention means leaving a wound to heal naturally
      • Primary closure means suturing the edges of a wound together
      • Regional flaps means taking tissue from another part of the body
      • Skin grafts can be sutured in place like a patch to close a wound
