We'll only accept lab orders from Optum Care Washington providers. This affects lab services only and not other medical services. If you have a lab order from an outside provider—they should refer you to another lab, such as Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp.

Our job is to give you the care you need in the safest way possible. To keep you and our team safe, please make an appointment to visit our laboratory. To make an appointment, please call your doctor's office. 

If your doctor orders lab work, you go to any Optum Care Washington, formerly The Everett Clinic, lab to get it done. Patients of The Polyclinic, doing business as Optum Care Washington, must go to one of their labs for services.

Where to find your results

If you have MyChart, you can see your lab results as soon as they're ready and track them over time. We also send the results to your doctor in two to 14 days.
