Biography
My professional and personal belief is that we are all connected and our paths cross for a reason. I strive to create a healing, comfortable experience for my patients. I look at the whole person, and believe patients are more than just their diagnosis.
Identifying sources of stress can helps direct your method of aide, however when you’re not sure what’s causing your problems, I’m here to help you navigate and understand your body's movement pattern or specific issue. We’ll look at remedies or ways to help you achieve your optimal movement. Movement is an excellent healer, and when executed with mindful intention and awareness, the body's integration is a wonderful feeling! I want you to feel confident and comfortable with your movement practice so you can enjoy it even after your physical therapy sessions have ended.
