Janet King, MD
“I enjoy interacting with patients. I want them to know that they've been heard and that any concerns they have will be addressed.”
I joined The Everett Clinic in August 2008, and was previously working at the University of Washington. In addition to general gastroenterology, I have a special interest in inflammatory bowel disease, colon cancer prevention, and health and fitness.
I knew from a young age that I wanted to get into medicine, ever since taking my first biology class in high school. I was very interested in how the body worked and amazed at how it functions so well. I discovered Gastroenterology during my residency and just fell in love with it and the variety of ages and patients it allowed me to see. I love what I do, and I work hard to make sure patients feel heard, and confident that any concerns they have are going to be addressed.
Why The Everett Clinic?
We all have a common goal of providing the best patient care we can, and we always try to put the patient first.
