“Most problems contain the seeds of their solutions and together we can find them!”
I believe every person has an interesting story and more strengths and skills than they often realize. At times, everyone may encounter situations and feelings that seem overwhelming or become problematic. Counseling can help people negotiate these tough times, move through them, and not get stuck in an uncomfortable or unsatisfying space. My focus is on helping people find practical solutions to the problems that are troubling them and help them attain their goals. My background is in child welfare, adoption, public mental health, and long term care. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults of all ages and abilities. I feel honored to serve those who seek help.
Why The Everett Clinic?
I was attracted to The Everett Clinic's commitment to patient-centered service and coordination of care between specialties, including behavioral health. Now that I m here, I greatly appreciate the values in action exemplified at all levels of operation.
