Cognitive Behavioral Insomnia Workshop
Do you chronically lay awake at night? Do you feel your insomnia has taken on a life of it’s own? Our Insomnia Clinic may be able to help you finally get to sleep.
Designed by our Behavioral Health and Sleep Medicine specialists, the Insomnia Clinic features clinical psychologists and licensed social workers providing cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).
CBT-I is a proven method of behavioral intervention helping patients improve their sleep naturally. Behavioral interventions, unlike sleeping pills, are designed to produce long term results that last even after treatment is completed.
Class meets weekly for six sessions at Marina Village, Wednesdays, from 6 - 7:30 pm. Class is open to all adults in the community, no referral required.
