Nicholas Tamoria, MD, is the Associate Medical Director of the Behavioral Health & Psychiatry Department, for The Everett Clinic, part of Optum.

Dr. Tamoria provides clinical and strategic leadership for the Behavioral Health and Psychiatry department, a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals delivering outpatient mental health care to thousands of patients and families in the state of Washington.

Dr. Tamoria earned his medical degree from Temple University and completed his psychiatry residency at the National Capitol Consortium in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Tamoria developed as a leader while serving as a medical officer in the US Navy.

In the Everett Clinic he has led a number of clinical innovations to include implementation of Tele-Behavioral Health, the Collaborative Care Model and Medicare Advantage Behavioral Health Outreach.

Dr. Nicholas Tamoria was appointed Associate Medical Director of Behavioral Health and Psychiatry in 2019.
