We want to start with gratitude. We appreciate what everyone has done to respond to this threat in our communities. From first responders and teammates on the front lines of care to you and your loved ones at home—we’ve all had to adapt and be flexible. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished to keep each other safe.
As our community moves towards reopening and resuming many of our normal daily activities, it’s vital that you do not delay any needed care. Now’s the time to focus on health.
In-Person Care Re-Opening May 5
We’ll reopen select in-person primary, specialty, and surgical care May 5.
Our goal is to make our Clinic spaces the safest place you can receive care:
- Masking all teammates and patients
- Adding high-risk only hours for those 65+ or with high-risk chronic conditions
- Reducing the number of people on-site by staggering appointments
- Keeping COVID-19 care and other in-person care separate
Virtual Care will continue to be a convenient option for many patients, including those at higher risk. However, we realize that for some care, an in-person visit is essential. We’re committed to providing the care you need in the safest way possible.
What comes next?
As we strive to return to normal, a key milestone will be increased testing. We expect coronavirus activity to ebb and flow, and rigorous testing will help us track and respond quickly.
Although initial recommendations were for only very ill or high-risk patients to seek testing, we now encourage all patients with COVID-19 symptoms or concerns to seek testing immediately. Find testing.
As the situation evolves, we’ll continue to update you on any care changes. We appreciate your continued cooperation.
