Alana Beck, ARNP
"My goal with my patients is to maintain open communication, empathize and show compassion, and work together to come to a solution."
I wanted to be a care provider ever since I was a child. I thrive on helping and being kind to others. As a nurse, I felt that I was really making a difference, and I wanted to take that a step further as a nurse practitioner, a career that would allow me to learn every day and enhance my education.
My goal with my patients is to maintain open communication, empathize and show compassion, work together to come to a solution, and be quick and timely in response to results and phone calls. I want my patients to know they are my top priority, and to give them a positive experience with the most up-to-date evidence-based care by keeping up with guidelines, understanding health disparities, and providing culturally-competent care, as well as doing so in an affordable way.
Why The Everett Clinic?
I wanted to work for The Everett Clinic for many reasons. Their mission statement aligns with so many of my values as a practitioner. Providing evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, by communicating in an open and honest way, in the most cost-effective way possible to every single patient that we care for are all extremely important values to me as a healthcare provider.
