"I try to approach every patient as a child first, and a patient second."
My desire to work in pediatrics came from my experience as a young child who was frequently hospitalized for asthma. I chose primary care because I believe there are a lot of things that we can do to keep kids healthy and out of the hospital.
It is a privilege for me to partner with parents to help their children lead a healthy life. There are many factors that can impact a child’s health and my responsibility as a provider is to see the child within the context of their family, community, and the surrounding environment.
I love to travel the world with my husband! Some of our favorite countries that we have visited are Italy, Iceland, and Peru.
Why The Everett Clinic?
While I was in school, I spent two quarters of clinical time at The Everett Clinic and I was impressed with everyone’s commitment to providing the best care possible for each patient. Everyone that I encountered during my time as a student was incredibly helpful and I am excited to be a part of this wonderful team!
