Positive feedback: Lauren Baras, MD

Lauren Baras, MD, a child and adolescent psychiatrist with The Everett Clinic speaks about giving positive feedback.  It is easy to get into a negative communication pattern, but that can hurt the relationship and doesn't help foster the behaviors that you want.  When your child does something positive, rewarding them with positive praise is very important.  Let them know what they have done right and give them good feedback.
