To promote skill and career development, the Clinic provides tuition reimbursement for approved courses taken at accredited colleges and universities.
Continuing Education (FT, PT)
The Everett Clinic supports continuing education for employees to develop and improve their skills by paying the cost associated with approved continuing education programs, including education leave.
401(k) Retirement Plan (All Employees)
As one of the top 25 best 401k plans in the Seattle area, according to BrightScope, employees may elect to have a percentage of their earnings deducted each pay check with a traditional 401(k) or a Roth 401(k). Participants choose their investments from a variety of different funds. The Clinic matches $0.50 on the dollar up to the first 6% of employee contributions, to a maximum of 3% of employee annual salary. The employer match is 100% vested immediately.
Profit Sharing Plan (FT, PT)
Out of "net income" or "profits", the Clinic has the discretion to contribute an amount to the Plan annually, which is allocated to employees based on their salary. Employees must be employed at the Clinic one year and work 1,000 or more hours in a calendar year. The funds to the plan are contributed fully by the Clinic and there is a 6 year vesting schedule.
Length of Service Awards (All Employees)
Employees receive awards at designated intervals of service.
