Will I still get reminded about my visit? Yes, you will still get reminders through your patient portal. The reminders include the same instructions for set-up that we reviewed.
I see there is a chat feature; can I message my provider on VSee? No, your provider cannot receive chat messages. Support staff may use chat to communicate relevant information pertaining to your appointment time. If you are interested in messaging your provider, please sign up for a MyChart account.
Will virtual care use a large amount of data on my phone? The amount of data used during a virtual care appointment should be minimal. Many cell phone carriers are modifying data caps during this time. Please check with your cell phone carrier if you have questions regarding data usage.
