General appointment

  • We’ll ask for your:

    • Full name, including middle initial
    • Phone number and address
    • Birth date
    • Doctor’s name
    • Insurance information
    • The reason for your call or why you need an appointment
  • Please bring:

    • A valid, government-issued driver's license or other photo ID
    • Your insurance card
    • Your copay (if you have one)
    • Any medicines you're taking. (Bring them in or bring a list of them.)
    • (If you’ve moved) Your new address or phone number(s) 
  • Please be ready to pay your copay when you check in. If you forget it, we'll send you a bill.

  • Please call right away; we understand problems come up. If you don’t give us at least 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged for the appointment. Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without giving notice may be refused service.

  • You may be able to: 

    • Reschedule your appointment
    • Make an appointment later in the day, if there's an open time
    • Make an appointment with another doctor if there's an open time
  • In most cases, you will see your own doctor. There may be times your doctor is out of the office or has a full schedule. We may then ask if you'd want to see another doctor that day.

     If, on rare occasion, we can't book an appointment for you at our clinic, we'll suggest you use an Everett Clinic Walk-In Clinic.

  • Please talk directly with your doctor's office.

  • Please call your doctor's office.

  • When you call, please give your full name with your middle initial, the reason for the call, your birthday, phone number and insurance company.

    Our doctors and nurses are with other patients during the day. They will call you as soon as they are able.

    If you call: 

    • From 8 to 10 a.m., we'll try to return your call between 12 and 2 p.m.
    • From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., we'll try to call you by 6 p.m.
    • After 4 p.m., we may need to call you back the next day. It will depend on your reason for calling and how urgent it is.
  • If you call after 5 p.m., we'll ask the on-call doctor to call you. The doctor will determine if you need to get care right away, or if you can make an appointment for the next day.  

    If you need care right away, the doctor will ask you to go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care clinic.

    Please have the name and phone number of your preferred pharmacy ready, in case the on-call doctor needs to write a prescription for you.
