“Those who have a 'why' to live, can bear with almost any 'how'.” ― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning
I assist individuals in becoming their best selves through use of an integrated approach towards treatment. I provide a confidential, comfortable, and non-judgmental setting for my patients to express their concerns. By working collaboratively with my patients we are able to set goals toward improvements that are reasonable and make sense in their lives. In sharing honest and kind feedback, I assist patients in recognizing underlying difficulties, identifying and utilizing their strengths, and work with them to adjust certain behaviors and thoughts that allow them to live life in a more fulfilling and healthy manner.
I work with adults, seniors and teens 13 and older to address a wide range of problems including (but not limited to): trauma- and stress-related conditions; crisis intervention; anxiety; depression; relationship difficulties; and, working through any difficulties with the variety of transitions we all face in life. In addition, I specialize in working with first responder/law enforcement/corrections personnel as well as athletes (weekend warrior to elite).
Why The Everett Clinic?
I chose to work at The Everett Clinic due to their core value of doing what is right for each patient as well as the team-oriented approach and supportive atmosphere.
