"I hope through providing high-quality healthcare, I can help build a community of thriving children and eventually healthy adults."
When the exam room door closes, I feel my mind and heart open to the patient and their families in front of me. I strive to listen to each concern with an attention that is both compassionate and diligent. If I can make any part of being ill less scary or growing up more prosperous, I aim to do it.
Working with children in the capacity of being a pediatrician has allowed me to study the unique physiology of childhood illnesses, which satisfies my interest in science. I love that I can provide guidance on issues related to safety, education, family relationships all of which makes me feel like I can help contribute to an overall healthier community. What really attracted me to pediatrics is the joy of being around children.
I have a passion for figuring out interesting infectious diseases, helping families through developmental delays, providing guidance around wellness.
I enjoy spending time with my two children, being outdoors, and organizing closets! I also would love to travel more and get to know the Pacific Northwest better since I recently moved back from the east coast.
Why The Everett Clinic?
My parents are patients at The Everett Clinic and I have accompanied them to many doctors appointments. They are always treated with respect, given the time they need and provided high-quality care. I feel honored to work for an organization that prides itself on putting the patient first. I also know that they believe in working as a team, which is really the only way medicine can be delivered effectively.
