Janis McCullough, DPT, OCS
“I strive to create an environment that is rich in education and self-management skills so patients are empowered to make positive changes in their condition.”
Physical therapy as a career is my passion. I am able to apply my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics to help people decrease pain and dysfunction so they can resume daily work and recreational activities. Musculoskeletal pain is caused by mechanical dysfunction. I believe the key to a positive outcome is determining the underlying cause of this mechanical dysfunction through careful analysis and correction of faulty postures and movement patterns. As an orthopedic manual therapist, I also apply advanced manual techniques to skeletal joints and soft tissues to decrease pain and increase function.
Why The Everett Clinic?
I chose to work at The Everett Clinic because I was drawn to the emphasis on ethics and the core values which include doing what is right for each patient and being a great place to work. I have been impressed by the sincerity of the employees at The Everett Clinic and their passion when it comes to upholding these core values.
