Biography
As a physician I feel like my role is as an advisor or guide during the patient care process. I can offer the best care for the patient if we work as a team to determine the goals of each visit, and discuss options of management in line with the patient's goals. My aim is to help each patient understand the medical aspects of their situation and with that knowledge devise a treatment plan that makes sense for the patient and their family.
My interest in OB/GYN includes all spectrums of pregnancy management. Whether a patient is having a high risk or low risk pregnancy, I believe questions and concerns regarding the process are common, and I am happy to accompany my patients on this life changing journey. Regarding Gynecology, I am very interested in providing both surgical and nonsurgical options for management. I have a deep interest in minimally invasive surgery.
