Stephanie Hodges, MD
"I’ve learned that the most important thing I can do in every office visit is to listen. "
I believe a personal, ongoing relationship with a primary care physician improves individual health and benefits our healthcare system as a whole. My goal is to be an advocate for my patients, helping them make sense of the complexities of modern medicine, while providing evidence based care that is tailored to their needs.
I enjoy the full range of practice in family medicine, however some special interests include child and adolescent medicine, women’s health, behavioral health, diabetes management and cardiovascular medicine.
I was fortunate to attend a medical school that championed primary care and was encouraged by working with family medicine physicians that became my role models. I found family physicians to be caring, balanced, intelligent, and involved in making the future of health care better on a national scale. It allows me to care for patients throughout different stages of their lives, perform office based procedures, and to coordinate with other specialists for the benefit of my patients. I love being able to see the big picture while also seeing something different every day.
Why The Everett Clinic?
The Everett Clinic’s mission is in line with my vision of how I should practice: putting the patient first, striving to give high quality care that truly improves patient outcomes, and doing all of this in a positive workplace.
