Paying Your Bill
Use the USBank payment portal or sign on to your MyChart account. You do not need a USBank account to use either option. Payments are typically processed and posted to your account within two business days.

You will need the account number and date of birth or last name of the account holder.
Login to MyChart and submit payment through your account.
Submit payment through the US Bank payment portal.

- By check as an electronic funds transfer (USBank only)
- FSA and/or HSA (the remaining balance of your account may appear on the receipt)
- Gift card or prepaid card

Access your account information and make a payment through MyChart.
If you do not have MyChart, call 425-258-3904 or sign up during your next appointment.
If your account balance is more than $200, you may request an interest-free payment plan through USBank.
