Dayna Eden is the Chief People Services Officer (CPSO) for The Everett Clinic which has 2,267 staff and providers and is the fourth largest private employer (seventh overall) in Snohomish County. The Clinic was named to Becker’s Healthcare list of “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” in 2014 for the second year in a row.
She has 25 years of experience in People Services at the Clinic and was previously Director of Talent Acquisition and Employment.
She oversees the development and implementation of human resource programs and strategies within the Clinic including recruitment, employment, retention, compensation, and workforce planning.
Dayna holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute, and as a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. Dayna is the past President of the Snohomish County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SCHRA) and former Communications Director for the Northwest Human Resource Management (NHRMA). She also serves on the Everett Public School District’s STEM Advisory Board.
